Nextgent is hiring a Marketing & Sales Executive (Female) to promote products and services, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include developing marketing strategies, conducting client meetings, and executing promotional activities

Responsibilities:

• Visit client offices on a regular basis to pitch and promote marketing services.
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  
• Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
  
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
  
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to deliver results.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
  
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
  
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
