Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive, Marketing & Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing consultancy services and client acquisition related to MEP, ELV, and Fire Safety Planning for residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
This role involves developing marketing strategies, generating leads, building long-term client relationships, and supporting business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Identify, approach, and develop new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct market and client research to analyze customer needs, industry trends, and preferences
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Understand client requirements and provide professional consultancy solutions
- Analyze competitors and recommend improvements to enhance service offerings
- Plan and execute successful marketing and sales campaigns
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Participate in client meetings, discussions, and project handover processes
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in BBA (Marketing) or any relevant discipline
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Fire Fighting & Safety Engineering Firms or Consulting Firms will be preferred
Educational Requirements:
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project-related activities
- Preference will be given to candidates with their own motorbike
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
