Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Handling tour & travel-related customer queries
  • Air ticket issuing (Domestic & International)
  • Hotel booking and itinerary planning
  • Communicating with clients over phone, email, and in-person
  • General computer operations and browsing tasks
  • Maintaining good customer service and client follow-ups. 

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC

Additional Requirements:  

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in tour & travel-related work
  • Must be proficient in computer usage and internet browsing
  • Must know air ticketing systems and hotel booking platforms
  • Basic communication skills in English (spoken & written)
