We are looking for a responsible Warehouse In-Charge to oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock handling, and dispatch. The ideal candidate should have experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the food or grain industry, with strong organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct periodic stock audits.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of rice and flour to maintain product quality.
- Implement and oversee safety and hygiene protocols within the warehouse.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Operate basic warehouse management systems and ensure proper documentation.
- Lead and train warehouse staff for improved productivity and efficiency.
- Resolve any warehouse-related issues, such as stock discrepancies or damage claims.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must know computer operation (MS Excel, Inventory Management Software preferred).
- Prior experience in warehouse or inventory management is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics is a plus.
