Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial projects
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
  • Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, property portals, etc.)
