Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in customer care, business planning, and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to prospects and convert them to enroll for required courses.
- Understand the business and approach clients accordingly.

- Follow team leaders’ instructions and provide necessary input for better business outcomes.
- Perform any other related tasks assigned by the organization.
