The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, managing customer relationships, and closing sales through digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (schools, colleges, coaching centers, universities) through online channels.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations of the EMS software.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to prospects in simple and effective ways.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, emails, and chat messages related to product sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay updated on education technology trends and competitors’ products.

Requirements:

  • Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in software sales, SaaS sales, or edtech sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (English and local language).
  • Ability to deliver online presentations using tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, online marketing, and lead generation strategies.
  • Basic understanding of education institutions’ needs and challenges.
