Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and monitor the tele sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Follow up on leads, ensure timely customer communication, and maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct quality checks on calls and maintain communication standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports, maintain CRM data, and track key performance metrics.
- Train and mentor new agents on call handling, product knowledge, and upselling techniques.
- Assist in designing call scripts, offers, and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.
- Contribute to process improvements and performance optimization initiatives.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 40 years
