Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products according to their needs.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
  • Maintain excellent customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
  • Maintain proper product display and store cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.
  • Perform any other sales-related tasks assigned by management.

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum HSC completed

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in direct sales preferred.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
