Responsibilities & Context: 

  • সেলস টিমের দৈনন্দিন কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা ও মনিটরিং করা।
  • মাসিক ও সাপ্তাহিক সেলস টার্গেট নির্ধারণ এবং তা অর্জনে টিমকে গাইড করা।
  • নতুন সেলস স্ট্র্যাটেজি তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন করা।
  • সেলস রিপোর্ট বিশ্লেষণ করে ম্যানেজমেন্টকে আপডেট দেওয়া।

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • At least 3 years

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • সেলসে কমপক্ষে 3 বছরের হাতে-কলমে অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
  • এড টেক সেক্টর বা অনলাইন বা অফলাইন কোচিং সেন্টারের অ্যাডমিশন ও সেলস ডিপার্টমেন্টে
  • সুপারভাইজার হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে।
  • একাধিক সেলসম্যান পরিচালনা ও তদারকির বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
  • টার্গেট নিতে ভয় পান না এবং টার্গেট পূরণে দৃঢ়প্রতিজ্ঞ এমন মানসিকতার অধিকারী হতে হবে।
  • টিমকে অনুপ্রাণিত করে সামনে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়ার সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।
  • এড টেক বা অফলাইন কোচিং যেমন-10 minutes, Sikkho, উদ্ভাস বা রেটিনা তে কাজ করেছে এমন কেউ হলে সবচেয়ে ভালো হয়।
