Responsibilities & Context: 

STH Group is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven National Sales Manager (Land Project) to lead operations for Divine Group. For a strategic leader with a proven track record in the real estate sector, specifically within land projects, to drive growth and manage a high-performing sales force.

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational land sales targets.
  • Lead the sales team by providing guidance, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build strong relationships with potential land investors.
  • Oversee the end-to-end sales process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • 5 to 10 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Land Management

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of leadership grit and deep industry knowledge.
  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of solid experience in Real Estate Land sales.
  • Niche Expertise: Proven sales experience specifically in Land Projects is mandatory.
  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.
  • Age Limit: Up to 45 years.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a sales team to meet and exceed targets.

Compensation & Other Benefits:  

  • Salary Range: BDT 110,000 – 200,000 (Based on experience and skill set)
