Responsibilities: 

The Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager (Sales & Marketing) will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

The role requires a results-driven professional with strong communication and leadership skills to support the company’s business growth.

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads for property sales.
  • Conduct client meetings, property site visits, and explain project details.
  • Maintain relationships with clients, respond to inquiries, and provide property solutions as per their needs.
  • Negotiate prices, payment schedules, and finalize sales agreements.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.
  • Maintain a client database and follow up on leads regularly.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and customer service teams for documentation and client handover.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in Management
