Responsibilities: 

  • Handle customer queries and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct property site visits and deliver effective sales presentations.
  • Maintain a client database, ensuring proper follow-ups and updates.
  • Work closely with the marketing and project teams to understand property features and selling points.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement.
  • Represent Enosis Properties with professionalism and integrity in all customer interactions.

Educational Requirements:  

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed university.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Experience not mandatory, but relevant experience in real estate sales will be appreciated.
  • Freshers with passion, confidence, and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Knowledge about the Real Estate Market and Buyers’ Needs.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to perform under pressure.
