Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers with a warm, friendly attitude.
  • Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting the right products.
  • Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets consistently.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
  • Manage product displays and ensure the outlet is always attractive and presentable.
  • Handle billing, packaging, and inventory checks as needed.
  • Work as a team player and assist colleagues as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Smart, confident, and presentable female candidates only
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Previous experience in retail or outlet sales will be an added advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of sales techniques and customer engagement.
  • Basic knowledge of POS and inventory handling is a plus.
