Noorhan Enterprise is hiring a Sales and Marketing Executive to promote products, generate leads, and build strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, meeting targets, conducting market research, and executing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, target-driven, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in sales or marketing will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:  

• Identify and generate leads for potential clients in both B2B and B2C markets.
• Conduct door-to-door visits to promote company products/services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Present, promote, and sell services to prospective customers.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and prepare reports for management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.

Skills & Expertise:

• B2B and B2C Sales & Marketing
• Computer Skills
• Corporate Marketing
• Field Work

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years in relevant field
• Experience in Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Age: 24 to 35 years
• Must be willing to do door-to-door sales
