Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit restaurants, salons, and parlors in various locations to introduce and promote OtoMatic POS software.
  • Demonstrate product features and explain the benefits clearly to potential clients.
  • Fix meetings with decision-makers to pitch our solution effectively.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement.
  • Provide basic after-sales support and coordinate with the technical team when needed.
  • Maintain proper documentation of client visits, feedback, and communication.

Education Requirements

  • Minimum HSC

Experience:

  • Previous sales experience (especially in software/tech) is a plus, but not mandatory.

Additional Requirement:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Positive attitude and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and travel regularly.
  • Basic knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office.
  • Commitment: Must be willing to work for a minimum of two years.

  • Starting Salary: 10,000-15,000 BDT/month (with performance-based increment).
  • TA/DA (Travel Allowance & Daily Allowance) for field visits.
