Job Description / Responsibility:
We are looking for a Assistante Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide our customers with timely and effective technical support. Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries by email, supporting any issues, and working on technical support documentation for our on-site or website.
Responsibilities:
Internet-related all Customer Support.
Ensure effective, resilient, and responsive IT support (Hardware, software, networking) to different operation units of our customer.
Configure, implement and troubleshoot active network equipment like- Printer, Security Automation Finger Machine & etc.
Maintain & troubleshoot or installing Windows
Good Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel, PowerPoint
Knowledge of Graphics Design (Adobe Photoshop 7 & illustrator)
Manages and coordinates all IT-related general matters, including data, wireless communications, security, and computer hardware and software.
Some knowledge of WordPress development with front-end website development. such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in target time.
The candidate must be dedicated and sincere in their work and always open to learning new things. Timely and high-quality delivery of objectives is crucial and will be a primary criterion for performance evaluation.
