দায়িত্বসমূহঃ 

  • গ্রাহকের কাছ থেকে পণ্য সংগ্রহ করাঃ নির্ধারিত ঠিকানা অনুযায়ী সময়মতো গ্রাহকের কাছ থেকে পার্সেল বা পণ্য সংগ্রহ করা।
  • পণ্য যাচাই ও রশিদ প্রদানঃ সংগ্রহকৃত পণ্যের পরিমাণ ও অবস্থা যাচাই করে রশিদ প্রদান করা এবং প্রমাণস্বরূপ ছবি/সাইন নেয়া।
  • পণ্য নিরাপদে হাব/গুদামে হস্তান্তরঃ সংগ্রহ করা পণ্য যথাযথভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও হাব বা ডেলিভারি সেন্টারে হস্তান্তর করা।
  • গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ রক্ষা করাঃ ফোনে বা মেসেজে গ্রাহকের সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ করে সময় ও লোকেশন নিশ্চিত করা।
  • সঠিক তথ্য রিপোর্ট করাঃ প্রতিদিনের পিকআপ রিপোর্ট যথাযথভাবে সুপারভাইজার/সিস্টেমে প্রদান করা।
  • প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়ম-কানুন মেনে চলাঃ কোম্পানির নির্ধারিত ড্রেস কোড, ব্যবহারবিধি ও সময়নিষ্ঠতা মেনে কাজ করা।
  • জরুরি পরিস্থিতি মোকাবিলা করাঃ কোনো সমস্যা বা ব্যতিক্রম ঘটলে তা সঙ্গে সঙ্গে সুপারভাইজারকে জানানো।
