Responsibilities & Context
1. Exchange Server: Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Exchange Server environments. Experience with migrations and upgrades is a plus.
2. Database Replication: Knowledge of database replication techniques, ensuring seamless data synchronization and backup strategies.
3. In-depth Knowledge of Windows or Mac systems and Managing, Upgrading, Installing, and Configuring application software and troubleshooting and providing technical support to Remote client.
4 . Analyzing, identifying, fixing, and recording network and server problems.
5. Establishing and keeping up system records and papers, such as user manuals and update logs.
6. Establishing connections between computers and local and wide networks.
7. Ensuring the data and infrastructure of the organization are secure.
8. Performing daily security backups in case a server or program were to malfunction.
9. Must have Knowledge of IIS, MySQL, Firewall, Unifi Products, VPN, RDP, Backup Solutions, Device Monitoring Tools, and Antivirus Enterprise Solutions.
In Short : Skill: Microsoft Exchange Server, LAN/ WAN, TCPIP, VLANs. Strong problem-solving skills in resolving Exchange Server, Database Replication, and VPN issues. Ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions in these areas.
Additional Requirements
1. Age 23 to 40 years
2. Skills Required: LAN/ WAN, TCPIP, VLANs.
3. CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, and MTCRE certification is preferable.
4. Candidate must have basic to medium knowledge of Networking but must have medium to High hands-on experience in the System.
5. Strong problem-solving skills in resolving Exchange Server, Database Replication, and VPN issues.
6. Ability to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure solutions in these areas.
7. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
8. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, Security Management of IT System
