Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Prepare question papers for examinations and mock tests; evaluate scripts and grade students accordingly.
  • Manage assessments, examinations, and academic data.
  • Able to prepare lesson plans and lecture materials, trailer lessons in line with the international curriculum, and conduct classes accordingly.
  • Comfortable in using technology and able to conduct physical and online classes.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and the school administration.
  • Taking classes as per the requirements of the school.
  • Provide one-on-one support to children with special needs in both academic and behavioral development.
  • Assist the class teacher to ensure inclusive learning for special children.
  • Observe, guide, and support students to achieve individualized development goals.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and the school administration.
  • Taking classes as per the requirements of the school.

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Postgraduate/Graduate degree from a top-ranked Public or Private University i.e. (BUET,DU, NSU, BRAC, IUB, UIU, AIUB, EWU & JU).
  • O-level/A-level background preferable.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:  

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and passion for teaching.
