Job Context:
We are looking for a dynamic, adaptive, and energetic team member for the position of ‘Senior Telemarketing Executive’ for our Sales and Marketing Department. As a, Senior Telemarketing Executive you will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
§ Candidates have to make/take outbound calls to the USA and Europe to communicate with the business organizations in order to convey our retouching solutions and eventually drive them to the appointment and purchase.
§ Incumbents have to conduct precise analysis and research about customer’s ‘Pain Points’ and try to solve them in effective and efficient manner.
§ He/she has to do the required documentation, recordings and reporting.
Requirements:
Education:
§ Graduates in business or commerce discipline.
§ Knowledge of business to business (B2B) sales and marketing, e-commerce, customer relation management
§ Fluency in English is must.
§ Preferred Professional Certification: IELTS
Skills:
§ Sales and Marketing
§ Business Communication
§ Organizational Communication
§ Computer Operation: Microsoft Suite – (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), E-mail, LinkedIn, Skype.
§ Work on clipping path related industry will add advantage.
Experience:
§ 3 to 8 years of experience in tele-marketing, B2B sales and marketing, overseas client management, customer relationship management, e-commerce and digital marketing will add advantage.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary: 25k-40k
