Responsibilities & Context: 

The Air Ticket and Visa Processing Officer is responsible for handling airline ticket bookings, visa applications, and travel-related documentation. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients.

  • Book domestic and international air tickets using reservation systems
  • Provide clients with flight options, fares, and travel advice
  • Process visa applications for different countries
  • Prepare and verify required documents (passport, bank statements, invitation letters, etc.)
  • Submit visa applications to embassies or authorized centers
  • Track visa status and update clients regularly
  • Handle travel insurance and other travel-related services
  • Maintain records of bookings and applications
  • Ensure compliance with airline and embassy rules and regulations

Educational Requirements:  

  • Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Experience:  

  • 7 to 12 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent

Additional Requirements:  

  • Experience in travel agency or visa processing (preferred)
  • Knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo)
  • Familiarity with visa procedures for major countries
  • Good communication skills (English & local language)
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
