Tenders with necessary instructions/conditions may be collected from the Directorate General on any working day between the mentioned date of sale at cash price (non-refundable) during office hours from 0900 AM to 1300 AM. The tenders shall be placed in the tender box till 1200 hours on the fixed date of opening of the tenders and the tenders shall be opened in the presence of the bidders (if any) at 1205 hours on the same day.
