What is the procedure to get the Roads and Highways Department, RHD Tender tender?

3. Search for RHD Tenders

• After logging into your e-GP account, search for tenders under the Roads and Highways Department or Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges.

• You can filter by location, type of work, estimated cost, etc.

4. Purchase Tender Documents

• For each tender you want to participate in, you need to:

  • Pay the tender document fee (usually via bank/e-payment).

  • Download the Tender Notice, Tender Document, BoQ, and Drawings.

5. Prepare Your Tender Submission

• Prepare all technical and financial documents as per the tender requirements.

8. Contract Award and Agreement

• If selected, you’ll receive a Notification of Award (NoA).

• You will then:

  • Sign the Contract Agreement

  • Submit Performance Security

  • Mobilize and begin the work as per the schedule.

Optional: Offline or National Competitive Bidding (NCB)

Some small-value tenders might still be advertised in newspapers or the RHD website. In such cases:

• Collect hard copy tender documents

• Submit physical bid to the concerned office
