Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage resort operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Provide excellent guest experiences, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain loyal customers.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance to ensure the resort is in optimal condition.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and lead staff to maintain high operational standards.
