Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our recruitment services, targeting potential clients and candidates.
  • Content Creation: Design and produce engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase the visibility of our recruiting agency through digital marketing strategies and targeted outreach programs.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate and nurture leads for recruitment and business development purposes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and recruitment needs.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the recruitment, staffing, or human resources industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media management.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
