Job Nature:
- Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA customers promptly.
- Follow communication “Script” while handling different topics.
- Identify customers` needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Receiving customers` inquiries, and selling services over the telephone as per the instructions provided.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Additional requirement
- Freshers are encouraged to apply (Only O-level, A-level or Fluent ENGLISH Speaker).
- Selected Applicants will be in a minimum of 1 month probation period.
- Able to speak clearly and persuasively in English in positive or negative situations.
- Proven organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with the ability to multitask.
- Professional, courteous and know proper phone etiquette.
- Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
- Under graduation enrolled freshers with good English communication skills are encouraged to apply
