Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the calibration and inspection services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries like manufacturing, textile/garments, pharma, oil & gas, automotive, testing laboratories.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Promote the company’s full range of calibration, testing, and inspection services.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and technical proposals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate scope definition and timely service delivery.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to generate leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and resolving service issues.
