Key Responsibilities: 

  • Make daily outbound calls to potential students and sell the courses effectively.
  • Provide clear and convincing information about course features, benefits, pricing, and enrollment procedures.
  • Actively persuade and motivate leads to complete the purchase process.
  • Handle queries, objections, and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner to build rapport and close sales.
  • Follow up regularly with interested leads to ensure successful enrollment conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets for all courses.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the supervisor.
