Work & Experience
Major Responsibilities: 1. Effectively work on trouble in a Process Line (PET and GRB) and Utility (Chiller, CO2 Plant, Boiler, Compressor) with minimum breakdown time. 2. Handle different project on the Factory depends upon requirement as per PepsiCo standard. 3. Have the Long-time experience on PLC (S7 200 and S7 300/400) and Drive (AC, DC, Servo, Soft starter) troubleshooting. 4. Lead the Factory Electrical Safety and Annual maintenance of the Plant. 5. Technical store management through a proper link between the planned maintenance activities and the required spare parts. 6. Oversee regular maintenance, servicing, and testing of Diesel Generators and associated equipment. 7. Lead maintenance activities of 6.2 MW Sub-station in a planned and optimized way considering all the potential constrains, like: Safety Measures, available manpower, production schedule, severity of potential failure, food safety and spare parts
