Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to incoming phone calls and connect callers to the appropriate persons.
- Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.
- Handle queries and address complaints.
- Receive deliveries, packages, letters, CV`s etc.
- Maintain a visitor`s logbook.
- Should have the capability to ensure quality customer service.
- Keeping messages of staff in their absence.
- Attend to visitors and facilitate their appointment with concerned officials in the office.
- Manage the mail dispatch desk and handle all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Visit various projects for cleaning and safety aspects.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 30 years
- Experience in the area of Admin/Front Desk/Reception will be appreciated.
- Good communication skills.
- Smart, good-looking, energetic, dedicated, and positive approach to assigned work.
- The candidate should be smart to handle any difficult situation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Good at multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
