Responsibilities and Context:
We are looking for proactive individuals with a “Can Do” attitude who are ready to take on challenges and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Handle incoming telephone calls with professionalism—assist callers, take accurate messages, and provide relevant information.
- Welcome and assist visitors, respond to inquiries, and ensure a positive visitor experience while maintaining effective coordination with all departments.
- Maintain and update records, including program tracking, staff movements, and other essential information.
- Keep a detailed visitor log with complete names, addresses, and contact details.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence—letters, emails, and documents—ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate personnel.
- Organize and maintain the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Receive and record customer queries, directing them promptly to the relevant departments for follow-up and resolution.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors.
