Responsibilities & Context : 

অফিস:- কাঁচপুর ফার্নিচার, কাঁচপুর বাস স্ট্যান্ড (চাঁদমহল সিনেমা হলের পাশে), সোনারগাঁও, নারায়ণগঞ্জ।

কর্মঘন্টাঃ ফুল টাইম ১২ ঘন্টা অথবা ৭ ঘন্টা (শিফট ওয়াইজ )

দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য:-

  • ফোন, মেসেজ এবং হোয়াটসঅ্যাপে কাস্টমারের সাথে কথা বলে অর্ডার কনফার্ম করা।
  • পণ্য ও সার্ভিস সম্পর্কিত তথ্য দিয়ে কাস্টমারকে সহযোগিতা করা।
  • কাস্টমারের যেকোনো সমস্যা ভদ্র ও পেশাদারভাবে হ্যান্ডেল করা।
  • টিমের সাথে সমন্বয় করে কাজ করা।

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC

Experience

  • At least 1 year
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements: 

  • Age 20 to 32 years
  • কাস্টমার সার্ভিসে অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থী অগ্রাধিকার পাবেন।
