Responsibilities & Context: 

To work for One of the largest telecom sales teams in the region toward the achievement of the organizational goal.

  • মাসিক ও বার্ষিক সেলস টার্গেট অর্জনের জন্য কাজ করা
  • কর্পোরেট অ্যাকাউন্ট ম্যানেজারের সঙ্গে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ রাখা
  • SIM, ডিভাইস ও ICT পণ্য গ্রাহকদের কাছে বিক্রয় করা এবং সেলস পরিকল্পনা বাস্তবায়ন করা
  • প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র/ডকুমেন্ট সঠিকভাবে পূরণ করা এবং ফলো-আপ করা
  • নতুন কর্পোরেট ও SME গ্রাহক খুঁজে বের করা এবং নতুন বিজনেস সুযোগ তৈরি করা
  • গ্রাহকদের সঙ্গে ভালো সম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা এবং তাদের দীর্ঘদিন ধরে সার্ভিসে রাখা
  • গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ বা সমস্যা হলে দ্রুত সমাধান করে দেওয়া

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • Bachelor/Honors

Additional Requirements:  

  • সেলস ও মার্কেটিং কাজের প্রতি ইতিবাচক মানসিকতা ও মনোভাব থাকতে হবে।
  • Meet monthly given KPI’s.
  • Incentive amount varies depending on target achievement.
