Responsibilities & Context:

  • Maintain good communication with Customer
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, feedback, and complaints.
  • Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring engagement with existing customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and product availability issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Support the home delivery process to ensure timely and accurate service.
  • Monitor and ensure service quality standards are maintained at the outlet level.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Promote and explain the loyalty program to new and existing customers.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs.
  • Perform basic physical tasks when necessary to support customer service operations.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Super store, Call Center

Additional Requirements

  • Age 20 to 30 years
