Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective sales plans and review them periodically.
- Execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth objectives.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and optimize plans accordingly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through strong client relationship management.
- Develop, manage, and monitor sales budgets.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and activation programs.
- Coordinate closely with Product Acquisition, Marketing, Business Development, and other internal teams.
- Identify new markets, potential clients, and business opportunities.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and monitor the sales team to ensure target achievement.
- Establish sales guidelines to ensure excellent customer experience.
- Track daily sales performance and campaign progress.
- Create, maintain, and update customer databases aligned with organizational systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and present insights to management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to the role.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA/MBM) will be considered an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in sales.
- Proven experience in Real Estate / Property Development / Construction sales will be highly preferred.
- Strong team leadership and strategic sales management experience required.
