Responsibilities & Context: 

  • The incumbent will be located in the district office at Sherpur and implement “Community Mobilization Project in 04-06 Upazilas of districts.
  • The person will regular update books of accounts, daily administrative task and prepares monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial report.
  • Capable in preparation of budgets, budgetary control.
  • The incumbent will monitor all financial documents in the intervention areas; and assist and support the teams. The person will also assist and prepare all kinds of project reports; documents share with Sachetan Society authority and submit to the SMC in a regular basis.
  • The incumbent will maintain all kinds of liaison, coordination and effective communication among the stakeholders, donor representatives and other stakeholders for effective implementation of the project activities.
  • Ensure Fixed Asset Recording, half yearly/annual physical inventory register and ID number.
  • The A&AO will oversee the Women Entrepreneurs called Gold Star Members (GSMs) activities and will assist team for undertaking knowledge and skills development initiatives and provide technical supports to create awareness and selling of public health products to the community people

Educational Requirements:  

  • Master of Business Studies (MBS)
  • Master’s in accounting / Finance with at least 1 year’s practical experience related field

Experience:

  • 5 to 7 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements:

  • Age At most 30 years
  • Have good knowledge of accounts and admin with update Tax &VAT regulations.
  • Have good writing skills in preparing report in English and Bangla
  • Have experience in extensive field visits
  • Have experience in operation of Tally software is getting preferable.
  • Excellent computer literacy is a must ie MS word, Excel, PowerPoint.
