Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking activities.
  • Present, demonstrate, and sell CRM, ERP, POS, and enterprise software solutions to B2B and B2C clients.
  • Provide detailed technical demonstrations that clearly showcase how our software addresses client pain points.
  • Understand client needs and offer customised software solutions tailored to their business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to customer base growth.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and development teams.

Educational Qualification

Experience

  • 4 – 5 Years of experience in direct sales preferred.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, CRM, POS, SaaS, and their use cases across industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
