Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking activities.
- Present, demonstrate, and sell CRM, ERP, POS, and enterprise software solutions to B2B and B2C clients.
- Provide detailed technical demonstrations that clearly showcase how our software addresses client pain points.
- Understand client needs and offer customised software solutions tailored to their business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to customer base growth.
- Gather client feedback and share insights with the product and development teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
- Perform any other sales and marketing tasks assigned by the company..
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor
Experience
- 4 – 5 Years of experience in direct sales preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, CRM, POS, SaaS, and their use cases across industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and fieldwork.
- Proven experience in software or technology sales will be considered an advantage.
