Responsibilities & Context:

  • Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and communicating issues to the superior.
  • Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date daily and monthly reports of sales.
  • Understand the needs of your business customers.
  • Record sales and order information or enter sales information into the computer system

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience

  • 1 to 2 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 24 to 30 years
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales & customer service.
  • Having experience in E-Commerce platforms will get preference.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
  • Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.
  • Good English and Bangla Typing speed & negotiation skills is a must.
