Responsibilities & Context:
- Maintain good professional relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction to the highest level.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and communicating issues to the superior.
- Maintain records and other documentation and up-to-date daily and monthly reports of sales.
- Understand the needs of your business customers.
- Record sales and order information or enter sales information into the computer system

Additional Requirements
- Age 24 to 30 years
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales & customer service.
- Having experience in E-Commerce platforms will get preference.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.
- Proficiency in managing customers over inbound or outbound calls is mandatory.
- Good English and Bangla Typing speed & negotiation skills is a must.
