Responsibilities & Context: 

Client Relationship Officer (CRO) ট্রাভেল এজেন্সির ক্লায়েন্টদের সঙ্গে সুসম্পর্ক বজায় রাখা, ভ্রমণ-সংক্রান্ত সেবা প্রদান এবং গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টি নিশ্চিত করার দায়িত্ব পালন করেন।

এই পদটি ক্লায়েন্ট ও অফিসের মধ্যে যোগাযোগের সেতুবন্ধন হিসেবে কাজ করে এবং ব্যবসা বৃদ্ধিতে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা রাখে।

প্রধান দায়িত্বসমূহ (Job Responsibilities)

  • ফোন, ইমেইল, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ ও সরাসরি ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে যোগাযোগ করা
  • এয়ার টিকেট, ট্যুর প্যাকেজ, ভিসা, হোটেল ও ট্রাভেল সার্ভিস সম্পর্কে তথ্য প্রদান
  • নতুন ও পুরাতন ক্লায়েন্টদের ফলো-আপ করা

Educational Requirements:  

  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • 1 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent

Additional Requirements:

  • Age 20 to 32 years
  • ভালো যোগাযোগ ও কাস্টমার হ্যান্ডলিং স্কিল
  • ট্রাভেল এজেন্সির মৌলিক ধারণা
  • সেলস ও নেগোসিয়েশন দক্ষতা
  • কম্পিউটার জ্ঞান (ইমেইল, এক্সেল, CRM হলে ভালো)
  • চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার মানসিকতা

    প্রতিটি ফাইলে আলাদা কমিশন প্রদান করা হবে, যা প্রতিষ্ঠানের কমিশন নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী প্রযোজ্য হবে।
    খাবার ও অন্যান্য সুবিধা
    প্রতিদিন দুপুরের খাবারের সুবিধা প্রদান করা হবে।
    অফিস সময়ে চা ও কফির সুবিধা থাকবে।
