Responsibilities & Context:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and students in a professional and friendly manner
- Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls politely and efficiently
- Making follow-up and promotional phone calls to prospective and existing clients
- Providing basic information about company services to walk-in clients and callers
- Managing appointments, schedules, and visitor records
- Maintaining the front desk and reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing couriers and documents
- Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry and record keeping
- Coordinating with counselling and marketing teams for smooth operations
- Participating in promotional video shooting for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns
Educational Requirements:
- Higher Secondary
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
