Responsibilities & Context:
- Accurately and comprehensively enter client and operational data into designated online platforms and local systems, in strict accordance with internal standard operating procedures and applicable local, regulatory, and external guidelines.
- Interact with clients in a courteous, respectful, and service-oriented manner to obtain required information, ensuring clarity, completeness, and accuracy at all times. Escalate any adverse, difficult, or unusual client interactions to management promptly and appropriately.
- Handle all client, medical, and organizational information with the highest level of discretion, adhering strictly to established confidentiality, data protection, privacy, and data integrity standards.
- Capture high-quality client photographs following prescribed guidelines and upload them accurately to the designated system.
- Verify client identity and personal documentation by cross-checking physical documents against digital records on authorized platforms to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Attach, upload, and submit pre-prepared medical and supporting reports to the correct client profiles within the designated systems in a timely, accurate, and organized manner.
- Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication with in-charge personnel and management regarding assigned tasks, workflow status, discrepancies, and any operational issues requiring attention.
- Ensure all work is completed within defined timelines, maintaining accuracy under routine workload and peak-volume conditions.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, punctuality, and workplace conduct at all times, in line with organizational policies and expectations.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
- At most 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Telecommunication
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements:
- Age 23 to 35 years
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Must have excellent computer skills – candidates with a typing speed of less than 50 words per minute.
- As this a client facing position, applicants with customer service experience will given preference
