Responsibilities & Context:
- Lead and manage the Customer Service Department.
- From the date of land acquisition until the official project handover, effective communication must be maintained with both the landowner and the valued customer.
- Ensure prompt handling of customer queries, complaints, and after-sales services.
- Have to be completed the credit recovery activities with full responsibility, integrity, and proper accountability within the stipulated time.
- Maintain strong relationships with Clients and the Land owners.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Engineering departments for smooth service operations.
- Monitor flat handover, documentation, and service follow-ups.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and SOPs.
- Prepare monthly performance and service reports for management.
- Improve customer satisfaction standards and service quality.
- Commissions will be awarded in accordance with individual performance
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Bachelor/Honors
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline.
Experience:
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate, Real Estate Startup
Additional Requirements:
- Age 32 to 40 years
- Only Male
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
