Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Evening Shift (03:00 pm – 10:00 pm)
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Manage customer communication through phone, chat, and social media
  • Respond to online leads and convert inquiries into successful sales
  • Meet and exceed daily online sales targets
  • Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Provide solutions to customer issues with patience and professionalism Receive customer complaints,
  • record them in the system, and ensure proper resolution
  • Maintain a high standard of call quality as per organizational requirements
  • Conduct proactive customer outreach
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-first attitude
  • Take responsibility for achieving individual and team targets
  • Suggest improvements in sales and customer service processes

Education Requirements:

  • Higher Secondary
  • Diploma
  • Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, E-commerce, E-commerce Startup, Food (Packaged)
