Responsibilities & Context: 

  • অফিসের সময় সকাল ৯.৩০ টা থেকে ৬.৩০ টা।
  • ফোন, ইমেল এবং অনলাইন চ্যাটের মাধ্যমে গ্রাহকদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া এবং তাদের সমস্যা সমাধান করা।
  • গ্রাহকদের আমাদের বিভিন্ন প্রকল্প এবং পরিষেবা সম্পর্কে বিস্তারিত তথ্য প্রদান করা।
  • সম্ভাব্য গ্রাহকদের সাথে ফলো-আপ করা এবং বিক্রয় দলের সাথে সমন্বয় সাধন করা।
  • গ্রাহকদের ডেটাবেস আপডেট এবং সংরক্ষণ করা।
  • অভিযোগগুলি যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে পৌঁছে দেওয়া এবং দ্রুত সমাধান নিশ্চিত করা।
  • প্রতিষ্ঠানিক লক্ষ্য পূরণে সহায়তা করা।

Education Requirements:

  • নূন্যতম উচ্চ মাধ্যমিক পাশ অথবা
