Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
  • Clearly explain company services to potential clients
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain communication
  • Update and manage client information using Excel
  • Coordinate with the sales team when required
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Lunch Break: 1 hour
  • Job Type: Full-time (Office-based)

Educational Requirements:  

  • SSC

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design, Architecture Firm, Real Estate Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

  • Only Female
  • 2–3 years of experience in Tele Sales / Call Center
  • Strong communication skills (Bangla & basic English)
  • Ability to handle clients confidently over phone
  • Basic knowledge of Excel
