Key Responsibilities : 

  • Managing procurement of interior and civil materials
  • Sourcing and onboarding vendors for construction and interior works
  • Conducting regular market visits to assess pricing and quality
  • Preparing purchase requests and comparative statements
  • Issuing purchase orders (PO) and ensuring timely delivery
  • Maintaining procurement records (digital & physical)
  • Managing supplier payments including advances and final settlements
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and audit requirements
  • Handling credit-based purchases and vendor negotiations
  • Sourcing new materials of interior trend time to time

Experience:  

  • 2 to 5 years
