Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned individual sales targets through effective client engagement and follow-ups.
- Schedule meetings with potential customers to arrange project visits and present detailed project briefings to maximize sales opportunities.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals from clients and associates.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to identify repeat business and new opportunities.
- Identify and secure sales leads, and implement effective lead generation strategies.
- Update customer segmentation and profiling information in the ERP system within the stipulated timeframe.
- Support the team in closing sales deals and finalizing client agreements.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Construction, Supply Chain Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the organization at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to promote projects and generate leads.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
Experience:
- 6 to 9 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
Additional Requirements:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
