Responsibilities & Context: 

  • Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing materials at the project site.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify materials against delivery challans and purchase orders.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of construction materials.
  • Maintain stock registers (manual and/or digital) and update regularly.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess materials to management.
  • Coordinate with procurement and site engineers for material requirements.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all store-related documents.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store area.

Educational Requirements:  

  • HSC
  • Diploma
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering will be preferred

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Developer, Real Estate Startup, Building & Construction Materials

Additional Requirements:  

  • Age 26 to 50 years
  • Only Male
  • Good knowledge of construction materials and inventory handling.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping ability.
  • Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in site-based environments.
