Responsibilities & Context: 

We are looking for motivated and energetic Telesales Executives to join our growing team and work in a structured business development workflow.
Working Hours:

10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound sales calls
  • Convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Follow structured sales pipeline (Lead → Contact → Conversion)
  • Maintain daily reporting and follow-ups
  • Work with CRM (Odoo system) and ensure proper data entry
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Education: 

  • Diploma in Business Studies
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Basic Sales & Telesales Training (যেমন: Call Handling, Objection Handling)
  • Communication Skills Training (Bangla + Basic English)
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Odoo / similar software)

Experience:  

  • 1 to 3 years
